About Me

Sonoma County Family, Wedding & Portrait Photographer

Hi, I’m Bonnie, a Sonoma County photographer specializing in family photos, engagements, and portrait sessions throughout Northern California. I’m 28 years old, a lifelong creative, and someone who always seems to find her way back to the place that feels most like home, beautiful Sonoma County.

Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My grandma introduced me to the magic of taking photos when I was little when we would go on our daily walks around her property and she'd take photos of any wildlife we came across or her favorite thing to take pictures of... me and my brother. My grandpa gifted me my first film camera when I was 12. By 14, I’d saved up for my first digital camera, with the help of my aunt, and I haven’t stopped since.

Before deciding to do photography professionally, I spent a few years living in the Midwest and the Pacific Northwest and went to school in Washington. No matter where I went, though, I always returned to Northern California with a growing appreciation for its people, landscapes, and light. Eventually, I decided to pursue photography professionally and I’ve been capturing memories for couples, families, and individuals in Sonoma County, and beyond ever since.

My approach is simple: create a relaxed, fun atmosphere where you can genuinely be yourself. Whether I’m photographing a family at golden hour, an engagement session in the redwoods, or portraits one on one, my goal is to capture moments that feel natural, warm, and true to you.

When I'm not behind the camera, you can usually find me hanging out with my cats, reading, crocheting, or spending time with family and friends. I’m a big believer in documenting real life. The messy, beautiful, and everything in between and I love giving people images that will mean something to them years from now.

I’m so excited to continue this journey and would love to help you capture your story.
